Support Coordination LEVEL 2

Building capacity, reducing overwhelm, and empowering your choices. Our Level 2 Support Coordination service is designed for participants who need skilled assistance to understand their NDIS plan, navigate the service system, and confidently coordinate supports.

Specialist Support Coordination LEVEL 3

Our Specialist Support Coordinators bring advanced clinical and organisational knowledge to situations where navigating the NDIS requires more intensive, skilled support. This service is for participants who experience significant complexity, including high-risk behaviours, involvement with multiple systems (health, education, justice, child protection), or rapidly changing support needs.
